RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst III to join their team. Candidates must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This is a mostly remote position with office visits as needed. This will typically be 1 day per week maximum. In-state, day travel in company-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible but limited. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. This is a 2 year contract role with possibility of extension.Summary:The Telecommunications Analyst will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones, and other video conferencing solutions. This position provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, smart phones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently but in a team environment-
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Punctual
  • Ability to multi-task and balance their work day
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution
Experience with:
  • Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
  • Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc.)
  • Mobile device support and Management
  • Networking Concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc.)
Preferred vendor experience:
  • Cisco
  • Mitel
  • Zoom
  • AirWatch
  • Apple Business Management
  • Microsoft


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
