Description
SAIC is seeking a Mission Analyst to support our government Customer in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly to start.
In this role, you will provide mission analysis support to legacy, current, and future satellite programs. You will be a member of the Mission Assessments Team, providing support to constellation design and planning studies, requirements development and verification, and compliance analyses against user requirements.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the development of models, scenarios and plans for payload checkout and operations
- Mission performance analysis using various satellite architectures
- Creation/maintenance of mission vignettes to be leveraged for analysis efforts
- Generation of technical presentation material and reports appropriate for Government Officer Use
- Understands the mission data flow from the satellite payload(s) through processing
Qualifications - External
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and 0 years related experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BS Degree in Computer Engineering or Mathematics
- Prior experience supporting Government Officers in the above described capacity
- Familiarity with the capability and functionality of satellite systems procures by the Government organization
- Familiarity with signal processing, digital communications, and RF theory
