We are a food and beverage company that sources, packages, and distributes our premium products to many well known retailers both domestically and internationally. Our company has rapidly grown over the years, and continued expansion is imminent. Due to that growth, are looking to add a skilled Financial Systems Manager to our team that has the ability to be a leader as well as an individual contributor.

What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of financial systems in support of the Accounting department. Your role will involve leading and maintaining all financial systems, ensuring that data is accurate and reporting requirements are met. As an expert in financial systems and processes, you will research, recommend and implement improvements to current systems and procedures to achieve operational goals and objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with other department leaders to document standard operating procedures.
What You Need for this Position *Requirements: *
1.) 5+ years experience in finance/accounting
2.) 3+years experience with people management
3.) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4.) Large ERP system knowledge
