This position is currently working remote and will eventually go to a full time hybrid work schedule splitting time between home and the Auburn Hills corporate office.

Stellantis is currently seeking a World Class Finance Analyst based out of Auburn Hills, MI. In this role you will be instrumental in the ground up development of automation initiatives for the Finance organization, using Advanced Analytics and Robotics Process Automation. You will partner with the business leads for the various Finance and Accounting Groups to identify, design and deploy process improvements. You will operate as a liaison between Finance and the ICT organization in managing all aspects of the project. You will engage in proof of concepts using emerging technologies and provide guidance on software solutions. You will use best practice methods to assist in process improvement projects.The ideal candidate will possess:

Continuous improvement mindset (Lean Six Sigma)Experience designing and developing automated solutions (i.e. process automation, reporting and analytics) that drives business value and a project management skill setAdditionally, to help support the Finance community, experience in multiple Finance functions and knowledge of Finance related systems is essential (i.e. SAP suite, Oracle suite, Blackline, Microsoft Office, G Suite, Blue Prism, Qlik, Tableau, Date Lake, R, Python)
