Workforce Education Trainer
Part-time Adjunct Faculty

Workforce Trainers provide skills-based training and experiences in a traditional or non-traditional classroom setting and/or lab environment. The instruction provided will be specific to participants enrolled in Workforce Education offerings across the career continuum including, but not limited to career starters, career changes, those seeking career advancement, and professional development.
The qualified trainer will be able to participate in training needs assessment using various techniques, conduct interactive and engaging training (at multiple sites around the region) for individuals, groups and companies using alternative and non-traditional methodologies appropriate and effective for working with adult learners, working with the Workforce Education Program Manager to prepare and/or select education materials, and assist with the development and/or evaluation of new curricula and program designs.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of two years experience in the cannabis industry
Current IDFPR certification as an Adult Use Dispensary Organization Agent
College degree in related field
Experience with field training and/or classroom instruction preferred
Candidates should be comfortable and capable of demonstrating competency using video conferencing platforms and instructional technologies.
