Overview

We are seeking a Web Content & Digital Marketing Analyst II with at least 3 years of experience to help us fulfill our mission of helping people achieve education and workplace success. This is a remote position.

The Web Content and Digital Marketing Analyst supports ACT-owned websites and digital marketing efforts with web content authoring, marketing automation, digital advertising, web analytics, webinars, SEO optimization, and other digital marketing projects as needed. This role combines knowledge of marketing best practices and testing along with technical knowledge of front-end web authoring and development. The Web Content and Digital Marketing Analyst collaborates closely with content and product marketers, social media strategists, and other internal stakeholders to amplify the ACT brand, product information and collateral, and other relevant digital content. This is a remote position.

What you will be working on:

  • Develop and maintain web pages on ACT-owned websites
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and optimize web and other digital marketing content
  • Scope and develop new ideas to improve website experience for prospects, leads, customers, and stakeholders
  • Measure and optimize marketing touchpoints and propose improvements based on data analytics and usability
  • Develop and implement front-end web code and design standards for multiple marketing purposes (e.g., web pages, marketing automation, digital ads.)
  • Propose, wireframe, and execute UX improvements
  • Cross-functional collaboration with social media, email marketing, webinars, and other channels, providing hands-on support for these areas as needed
  • Document and execute internal and external tags through a tag management platform

This could be the job for you if you have (minimum requirements):
  • Skilled in A/B testing tools and web analytics
  • Comprehensive knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and monitoring company and competitor search rankings
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of UI design
  • Experience with UI/UX best practices
  • Experience/familiarity working within a SAFe Agile Framework

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience which includes developing and maintaining web pages
  • Experience that includes Marketing Automation

It's a plus if you have:
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS system is preferred
  • Experience with SQL and web APIs is preferred but not required
  • Experience with a tag management platform (i.e. Google Tag Manager) is preferred
  • Quantitative, qualitative, behavioral analysis, and statistics knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
  • Familiarity with SaFe Agile for Marketing
  • SEO experience
