Job Summary:

The Warranty Assistant provides support to the Warranty Administrator by handling a variety of job duties and aspects of warranty claims for equipment sold by Fecon.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages the warranty claim process.

• Manages warranty registrations and enters data into our ERP.
• Issues all credit memos to dealers on monthly basis and send to dealers. Enters them into the ERP. Scans credit memos and links onto Fecon website. Closes warranty claims in ERP.

• Provides administrative support to the Warranty Administrator, Manager and Service department as requested.

• Manages special projects for strategic initiatives as requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 5 years' experience in warranty or strong technical background coupled with strong computer and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
• Visual acuity to inspect products and machinery.
