HotFoot Recruiters would like to announce the following opportunity available for immediate consideration:

Position : Warehouse Supervisor
Location : Tucson, AZ
Type : Direct Hire

Summary :

Provide on-time deliveries and will calls while maintaining a clean functional and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Receiving

Open warehouse to ready facility and equipment for workday.
Receive all inbound freight in accordance with level of priority.
Warehouse or cross-dock all material to appropriate holding/staging areas.
Accurately process all paperwork from outside carriers and mark all material with proper identification.
Accurately process all receiving paperwork from carriers.

Local Deliveries

Oversee all routing of local deliveries and make any necessary changes to driver routes.
Ensure same day delivery of GA freight unloaded before 10am that day.
Ensure next day delivery of GA freight unloaded after 10am that day.
Allow all customer special requests to supersede these rules.
Supervise drivers in all aspects of delivery and pickup functions.
Oversee the use and maintenance of all powered equipment.

Will Calls

Oversee all will calls, giving them priority over all other tasks and ensuring they are performed in order (first come, first serve).
Ensure correct material is accurately issued to customers.
Ensure safety of customers in loading area and that caution is used when loading POVs.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure all safety procedures are followed by all employees at all times.
Ensure adequate manpower is available to perform all tasks in a timely manner.
Ensure all powered equipment is properly maintained and readily available at all times.
Supervise all warehouse personnel and ensure they maintain the highest standards set forth by company policy & protocol.
Maintain the warehouse to maximize safety and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Warehouse Supervisory experience
• Skilled with Excel, Microsoft 365 and tech knowledge.

Compensation

• $46,000-50,000
