Job Info


  1. Leads and develops a supervisory team who is responsible for directing all warehouse activities and managing employee teams in warehouse.
  2. Manages and participates in the maintenance of accurate inventories through weekly cycle counts, audits and full physical inventories quarterly (4 annually).
  3. Supervises Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse personnel ensuring the accuracy of filling orders to retail customers, quality of products, managing inventories incoming and outgoing from suppliers, retailers or other sources.
  4. Coaches, train, direct and counsels Warehouse Supervisors on overall performance.
  5. Manages warehouse productivity and monitors progress toward efficiency goals.
  6. Identifies and recommends opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
  7. Ensures safety and recommends maintenance improvements in warehouse by conducting safety training, accident investigations, and equipment and facility inspections.
  8. Investigates complaints involving such matters as damaged product, wrong product loaded onto trucks, inventory adjustments and variances, delays in shipments, quality product issues; makes necessary adjustments and improvements.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years as Warehouse Worker with Alcoholic beverage or wholesale grocery product.
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with State laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certified to operate warehouse equipment.
