What you'll do

  • You will report to the President of CSG Forte Payments to help transform the sales and pursuit model while building a team of business building leaders. We are excited by someone who is motivated to rapidly grow our payments business and help close some of our bigger enterprise customer sales pursuits
  • Collaborate with CSG's Marketing and sales enablement teams to design, and refine data-driven sales processes and demand generation strategies to ensure we exceed our revenue and overall growth targets
  • Create the payments solution unit growth through the transformation of the sales model by adopting and implementing the data-driven sales processes and other data-driven sales strategies across teams
  • Hire and lead direct sales, channel partner sales, and account executive teams
  • Provide inspiration leadership to the team and organization as a whole to achieve excellence in growth targets
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving complex deal challenges to increase overall revenue and sales bookings
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Services to ensure messaging to customers, and help them gather the voice of the customer information to evolve our product and solution offerings
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results

You should have

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • 10 years of sales leadership with expertise leading sales and account management teams
  • Experience working with SaaS Models
  • Experience leading both direct sales to larger enterprise clients and channel and ISV (independent software vendor; integrated partner) sales
  • Experience driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Experience partnering with Marketing and implementing strategies to increase demand generation
  • Experience increasing sales effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Experience entering new markets and geographies
  • Executive level presence and strategic planning experience to lead complex sales opportunities
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts including operations and development processes
  • Ability to influence and negotiate complex sales deals
  • Motivate and lead sales teams while simultaneously managing own targets
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, and is a self-starter, driving innovation
  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$200,768.46-$321,228.63

This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
