What you'll do:

• Enhance customer segmentation and value models with the goal of implementing and testing treatment plans based on those models.
  
• Develop and deliver revenue forecasts for high value customers.
  
• Collaborate with sales team on tactics and approaches to reinvest and provide treatment to our most valuable customers.
  
• Design A/B and multivariate tests on marketing promotions and products, evaluate test results, and translate insights into business actions.
  
• Develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations on customer engagement, revenue, and promotions to measure the impacts of various business actions.
  
• Perform deep dive insight analysis to discover customer behavior patterns.
  
• Develop automated tools to enable business to explore operation insights and improve operation efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with internal and external resources including engineering, marketing and product team to ensure the analytics solution development.
  

What you'll bring:

• 1+ years of business analytics or data science experience, preferably at an online gaming company.
  
• Experience with SQL Server, Tableau or Redshift
  
• Comfortable in fast paced, results driven environment
  
• Experienced in Design of Experiment including A/B and multivariate testing.
  
• Bachelor degree in Statistic, MIS, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
