As a Senior Product Manager, you focus on the launch and subsequent success of new products and features:

• Work collaboratively with other product managers, developers and key stakeholders including Finance, Support/Services, Marketing, and Sales, to lead our product launch efforts with the aim of ensuring customer success and delight
  
• Generate positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools to support launch goals
  
• Analyze and identify market trends in order to influence product planning and market positioning, including changing industry standards and new regulations
  
• Identify actual and potential competitors and evaluate their strategies, pricing, and positioning to assess their relative strengths and weaknesses and devise counter-strategies
  
• Be the expert on Updox buyers in each segment, how they buy and their buying criteria; use this knowledge to inform product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content and sales training
  
• Lead pricing strategy for our products and services offerings
  
• Build business models for new initiatives, validate findings through data analysis, and make recommendations to company leadership

Updox is located in the heart of Dublin, Ohio at Bridge Park, just above Pins and 16-bit Bar and Arcade. Our collaborative, open-plan office space is filled with lots of sunshine and a talented team who are passionate about what we do and enjoy taking care of our customers.Our ideal candidate will already be local to Central Ohio, but we are open to considering talent anywhere in the United States.You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship in order to qualify for this role.

Experience and skills we are seeking:

• 5+ years in a Product Management or Product Marketing role
  
• Proven experience launching new software products
  
• Experience with Agile software development frameworks
  
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
  
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  
• Exceptional written communications skills
  
• Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
  
• Ability to prioritize among multiple goals and activities
  
• Ability to empathize and communicate with people with different points of view
  
• Passion for launching great products
  
• Experience in Healthcare is a big plus
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred, but experience outweighs a degree
