Are you an expert in UiPath with a passion for efficiency and a deep understanding of both the business and technical sides of the equation? If so, then we want you! We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient UI Path Developer to join our growing team. In this role, the UI Path Developer will be a key player in driving automation initiatives across the organization, taking ownership of processes from start to finish.Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable UiPath workflows
- Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath solutions encompassing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Identify opportunities for automation and proactively suggest process improvements
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their specific needs
- Continuously stay updated on the latest UiPath features and functionalities
- Work independently and require minimal hand-holding due to the specialized nature of the role
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a UI Path developer with a strong track record of successful automation implementations
- In-depth understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles and best practices
- Experience with integrating UiPath with other enterprise applications (a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive approach to work, with a constant eye towards improvement and optimization
- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere)
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL)
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Oracle Cloud
- Experience with machine learning and/or artificial intelligence concepts
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
