Your Role: Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) platform provides GASGUARD® specialty gas delivery equipment, CHEMGUARD® liquid chemical equipment, Polyflow™ slurry delivery and Part Clean/Carrier Clean equipment and associated turnkey installation and services to our customers.

As DS&S Turnkey Product Manger & Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the commercialization and overall management of large construction projects (turnkey) which includes the coordination of project resources to ensure the design, installation and commissioning for the systems to conform to customer specifications. You will act as the primary customer contact for commercial and technical issues including project scope, cost, and schedule.

In addition to that, defined sales activities for equipment & services as well as account ownership in the North America and European region will be part of your responsibilities.

As part of the Turnkey Product Manager & Sales Engineer's role you will be accountable for tasks such as:

  • Turnkey product strategy & roadmap (incl pricing)
  • Identification of regional opportunities, definition of engagement strategies and promotion of turnkey products to customers
  • Commercial lead for large-scale Turnkey project, lead and support Turnkey project team to ensure successful engagement and collaboration with numerous subcontractors, within the EMD Electronics team as well as with our customers
  • Supervising and monitoring the project execution and deal with customer related communication. Audit project execution on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management to build strong relationships that effectively support sales activities
  • Developing customer relationships as well as account plans to ensure long-term commercial success for large projects, equipment & service which includes account management, business and new account development, forecast management

The position will be in Tempe, AZ and you will be working in a cross-functional team of product managers, project managers, sales engineers, and other engineers.

The role can require travel up to 50% across the respective region, both domestic and international

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree, in an engineering, technical or other related discipline
  • 5+ years of product management and/or commercial / customer-facing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the semiconductor industry

PreferredQualifications:
  • Experience working with semiconductor delivery equipment such as spec gas, slurry and chemical
  • Additional commercial education (e.g. MBA)
  • Construction and/or project management experience
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of electronics specialty gas/chem equipment design and operation
  • Ability to lead across the matrix and to influence cross functional teams
  • Project management and execution skills combined with the ability to manage several projects at a time
  • Strong prioritization skills, seeing the bigger picture and focusing on what's important
  • Curiosity to understand the industry market trends and competitive factors to develop growth strategies for the DS&S portfolio
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and agility combined with strong resilience
  • Self-motivated & energized personality
