Our client is currently seeking to hire multiple high performing Project Engineers to support the build of an $85m Ground up Hotel project in Bozeman, MT. Our partnership client is a Top 20, Nationally rated ENR Design Build General Contractor established for almost 100 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier builder to work on a significant, high-profile project in Bozeman, MT and to become part of the traveling team for the Mid-West.

Your new role

As a Project Engineer on this high profile project your goal is to support the project management and construction supervision efforts. As this is a Design Build project you will be part of the preconstruction efforts to solicit bids and quotes from subcontractors. On-site you will be responsible for coordinating RFIs, submittals & change orders as well as tracking systems to expedite construction materials and equipment. You will also get involved in cost control, reporting, document control activities and punch list items at the end of the project ensuring client satisfaction is maintained at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

This position requires at least 2+ years of solid construction experience with recent large Ground up project experience. Design build project experience in the $50m+ range most attractive with multifamily or hotel experience a bonus. To be successful in this role you must have a Degree in Construction Management or related discipline with some solid basic technical construction knowledge and a strong desire to work on complex, technically challenging Ground up projects. You will have knowledge of Construction Management software programs with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliver high quality work to the client.
