Basic Job Functions:

• Work with internal and external customers and members of the Alloy team to help facilitate flow of material through the supply chain
• Maintain vendor relationships with carriers and warehouses in order to ensure correct delivery of material
• Management of cargo system entries through multiples stages of import process
• Payment of invoices to suppliers and vendors through various stages of the supply chain
• Maintenance of Excel spreadsheets that organize costing related to the movement of material through the supply chain
• Purchase order and sales order entry
• Manage, learn, and use multiple software systems
• Any additional tasks or projects as requested by management

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-years of logistics or customer service or related experience; or an Associatesdegree in Business or related field
• Proficiency in utilizing computer resources to maximize effectiveness and efficiency including MS Office Suite
• Demonstrate understanding and commitment to DJJ and Nucor's goals
• Strong commitment to Safety in all job aspects

• Positive attitude and ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload in a multi-task environment and work independently
• Attention to detail and organization abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to analyze and think strategically
