Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Therapeutic Classroom (SEBS) Clinician at Behavioral Health Network!
A SEBS Clinician provides clinically sound and culturally sensitive consultation to students and teachers in classrooms that are in various schools throughout the Springfield Public School District. SEBS Clinicians implement crisis interventions and de-escalation techniques that support students to most effectively access their academic curriculum. SEBS Clinicians provide individual, group and family services as clinically appropriate and they work closely with community resources and help SEBS students and their families access those resources.
Full-time employment is possible by combining work in the SEBS program with work in the Outpatient clinic.
We offer a generous New-Hire Bonus for Independently Licensed and Bilingual staff, along with a newly higher salary structure and the potential for earned productivity bonuses.
**NOTICE**
In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.
The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

The SEBS (Social-Emotional/Behavioral Support) Program is a multidisciplinary team working within a social-emotional behavioral supportive classroom across the Springfield Public School system.
