Ashfield Engage has partnered with Nestle Health Sciences and is seeking a Territory Manager. As a Territory Manager, you will have full responsibility for driving the sales of Vitaflo portfolio products within assigned accounts, primarily children's hospitals and affiliated clinics. The role is responsible for growing sales and business relationships with key clinicians and influencers.

What will you be doing?
  • Meet/exceed sales and profit objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Drive formulary approval process within institutions for Vitaflo portfolio.
  • Regularly shares key success and market insights with the broader sales organization.
  • Leverages role as expert in metabolic and renal clinical knowledge as it pertains to Vitaflo products and competition with their customers.
  • Identifies and works in conjunction with HQ to develop key opinion leaders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
  • Utilize the sales reporting systems on a regular basis for call preparation, to record and track sales activity and to gather market intelligence data.
  • Organize meetings and deliver content to health care professionals on the topic of metabolic and renal nutrition aligned with tangible account objects and metrics as defined by the customer.
  • Participate in Vitaflo and Nestle offered training and in strategic medical conventions and exhibits as needed to expand product, market, and science knowledge particularly in renal and metabolic nutrition therapy.
  • Set specific growth plans within assigned accounts utilizing territory, and routing plans.
  • Create access points for product availability early in the selling cycle.
  • Contribute to meeting/exceeding national sales and profit objectives for all channels.
  • Is a leader in the sales organization in clinical knowledge as it pertains to competitive products, the marketplace, and the latest clinical research.


What do you need for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Medical Science. Nutrition preferred.
  • Medical/clinical selling to Hospital Staff, Transition of Care departments and Discharge Planners.
  • 2+ years sales success with Pediatrics Care platform highly desired
  • Shown experience launching and/or re-launching Pediatrics or specialty medical products.
  • Self-starters with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to develop solid and long-standing business relationships with strategic/targeted customers.
  • Highly motivated, articulate, disciplined, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work well within a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to manage sales responsibilities.
  • Computer literacy with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software
