Tenure Track Faculty & Associate Director Opportunities at Temple's Cardiovascular Research Center in Philadelphia!

The Cardiovascular Research Center (CVRC) at the Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine is currently seeking candidates for tenure-track faculty positions in the basic sciences with a focus on cardiovascular health and disease and/or aging. Both, qualified early-career applicants seeking opportunities at the Assistant Professor level, as well more experienced candidates interested in pursuing an Associate Director role are encouraged to apply.

Temple's CVRC occupies more than 25,000 sq ft of open lab space on the 10th floor of the Medical Education and Research Building. The CVRC has been at the forefront of cardiac and vascular research for several decades and houses a cutting-edge molecular medicine research unit. Its multi-disciplinary research interests span several areas including vascular, cardiac, neuronal, and metabolic pathophysiology. The successful candidates' research portfolios will complement and synergize with ongoing basic, translational, and clinical research programs in the LKSOM and FCCC at Temple University. Academic appointments are available at all levels based on qualifications.

Job Qualifications: PhD, M.D., MD/PhD or equivalent degree and a strong academic record. Only high-impact scientists with robust research programs and a track-record of acquiring fellowship funding will be considered for this position.
