We are working on an exciting opening with a real estate firm for an opening for a Tenant Services Coordinator in their Gold Coast property! This role will aid in maintaining relationships with tenants, ad-hoc administrative projects, and supporting the overall management of the property and corporate office.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling tenant requests, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with tenant events for the building.
• Operations: Review contracts and leases for vendors and tenants.
• Light financial accounting, AP/AR, invoicing and annual budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 2+ years of real estate administrative experience (commercial or residential)
• Ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, strong customer service, and out-going personality
