Our client, a global, commercial real estate agency in Boston, MA, is seeking a temporary receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking the printers and photocopiers each day, reviewing the office and kitchen supplies and making necessary supply orders, putting supplies away, running the dishwasher and coffee makers, keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy, answering and directing phone calls and greeting guests, managing mail and package deliveries, and scheduling conference rooms and other common areas and equipment. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, organized, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, has experience with HubSpot, and is capable of handling multiple responsibilities at once. This role pays $18 an hour and is onsite Monday-Thursday until September.
