This is approx. 6 month opportunity to work with top tier technology on interesting and dynamic projects!
What You Will Be Doing - Identify overlaps and inefficiencies, formulate solutions, Identify priorities in project based on 3rdparty vendor contract details, visibility, etc.
- Create flowcharts of software elements and how they relate to the project
- Turn Use Cases into stories/ requirements based on understanding of our business and projects using existing templates
- Participate in scrum activities
- Translate and simplify requirements for developers
- Make flow charts showing process to developers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with developers and Project Manager on high-level design, assign tasks in Jira, ensure timely results against goals and budgets
- Guide internal stakeholders in UAT and creating related issue trackers, manage issue tracker, escalate issues as needed to developers
- Work with Project Manager in progress tracking, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending follow-up on issues, risks, actions
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, gather functional and technical requirements
What You Need for this Position 3+ years experience as Technical Business Analyst
Jira or similar ticket management software
Understanding systems engineering concepts, relational databases
Excellent written and verbal communication, technical writing skills
Knowledge in generating process documentation
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to perform basic SQL queries and run pre-written SQL scripts
Education: Associate Degree, or bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields
