RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

  • A Master Degree in psychiatry, social work, psychology, sociology and counseling AND2 years of direct clinical experience working with children or adolescents in a behavioral health program.
  • Current ACT 33/34/73 Clearances
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle.
  • Pre-Employment Physical/TB
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen

Work Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position

Tuesday through Saturday 7am to 3 pm - days/hours may vary according to program need. This position will rotate on call coverage with compensation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Clinical Team Lead to be to provide additional support to the program supervisor. Your main responsibility will be to the people we serve, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and that benchmarks for performance are met in an efficient and effective manner. As such, a high level of communication - and strong relationship building with both internal and external providers and resources will be key to your role.

We serve a unique population of children and adolescents with mental illness diagnosis as well as their families. Our child & adolescent short term psychiatric residential program provides therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions as well as family sessions during the consumer's admission. We also work with our psychiatrist to assure that the correct medications are being utilized based on the consumer's diagnosis and body metrics. We provide referral support for continued behavioral services after the consumer's discharge, to provide a continuity of care.
