Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Talent Acquisition Specialist job in Orlando, FL.Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Length: 5 months Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P Location: Remote Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactively source, build, and maintain a stream of qualified active and passive candidates through various recruiting and sourcing techniques. Developing and implementing strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meet requirements for positions from internal, external and/or referral candidate pools. Develop and executive contemporary searches to expedite candidate identification. Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and job requirements. Support programs and process to find top talent across the Americas Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP with all phases of interviewing & hiring. Develop an extraordinary candidate experience; maintain the Edgewell employment brand Ensure interviewers and candidates have all necessary information to be successful Support design and rollout of talent acquisition programs and process. Applicant tracking system administration and support of metric reporting. Attend networking and professional events, as well as career fairs as necessary Build and maintain robust pipeline of qualified candidates Produce reports and performance metrics on applicant flow, trends and results.

Qualifications for this Talent Acquisition Specialist: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8 + years of experience in the field or in a related HR field Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred Experience with SharePoint and background check system Hireright Experience with HRIS systems a plus Experience developing relationships with a variety of people and backgrounds
