RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Chesterfield, MO. This person will be responsible for sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews for the team. The candidate will be expected to meet daily and weekly metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Applicant phone screening experience
  • Strong technical and communication skills
