Role overview

The Lead, Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting to the Sr. Director Talent Acquisition & DEI, will contribute, own and lead best-in-class full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units, building strong relationships with hiring manager, creating and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, and collaborating across the business to hire exceptional people while providing an unparalleled experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

A day in the life...

In this role, you will establish yourself as an experienced subject matter expert, partnering and collaborating with the business and the team to hire exceptional talent, all the while enhancing our mission and Accolade values.

  • Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners to develop and execute strategy for open positions in a timely manner and in alignment with the hiring plan and our diversity strategy
  • Strategy Execution: Lead and own the recruiting strategy for hiring complex, technical, clinical or hard to fill roles, executing appropriate recruiting strategies.
  • Proactive Approach: Proactively source diverse, passive candidates via appropriate channels, build and maintain a network of talented candidates through market research, community building and on-going relationship management for a broad range of positions
  • Candidate Experience: Manage each candidate's relationship with Accolade from application to hire/dispositioning of candidate; ensure timely communication to keep candidates up to date on their status in the process and ensure that even if going in a different direction the candidate is left feeling positive about their experience with Accolade
  • Communicate: Regularly communicate, advise and update hiring managers, People & Culture Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team on sourcing and recruiting strategies, market trends and health of candidate pipeline
  • Follow Recruitment Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends regarding competitive marketplace along with the latest sourcing tools and techniques and share amongst the Talent Acquisition team and others, as appropriate
  • Leadership: May lead people, projects or processes that help build a strong talent acquisition function
Responsibilities
  • Lead, own, and drive full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategy to offer acceptance for multiple, complex searches
  • May lead or assist in leading full life-cycle recruiting for Sr Director level and above
  • May supervise, lead or mentor recruiters, sourcers, coordinators
  • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role, based on business needs and goals and in alignment with our diversity strategy
  • Proactively source and build strong, diverse candidate pipeline while making each candidate feel like they are the only one you are talking to
  • Represents Accolade by presenting and positioning Accolade's unique value proposition, story and culture in a compelling manner
  • Identify the appropriate combinations of networking/sourcing tools needed to enable successful achievement of recruitment metrics
  • Provide a high touch exceptional client and candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process through guidance and training of hiring managers/hiring teams
  • Analyze pipeline and performance data to provide ongoing updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates, present appropriate candidates to hiring managers and ultimately advancing them through the process
  • Partner with Compensation Manager to advise hiring managers on compensation recommendation and lead successful offer negotiations with finalist candidates
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity utilizing our ATS and other system
  • Ensure that legal hiring procedures and Accolade policies are followed
  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting practices and processes culture of innovation and continuous improvement of our recruiting practices and processes
  • Develop and engage in new ways to reach top talent, aligned with our diversity strategy and mid-term hiring goals, by organizing and joining industry events, meetups, etc.
