JOB SUMMARY

Execute talent acquisition and onboarding strategies, programs, events, activities and trainings to enable organization to build and maintain a robust and diverse workforce. Supports the delivery and execution of the talent acquisition function and programs to attract and hire a high performing workforce. Partner with internal and external teams, to ensure seamless talent acquisition and onboarding experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Execute overall talent acquisition strategy, this includes but is not limited to:
    • Support and maintain talent acquisition programs with internal / external partners, leading coordination for local, regional and national recruitment events
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external specialist organizations and build strategic partnerships with groups and individuals who can support DCP's talent acquisition initiatives
    • Develop and execute talent attraction campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., associations, PPC, social media, email marketing, thought leadership content, events)
    • Identify and implement talent acquisition best practices, design and maintain documentation and training resources
    • Track effectiveness of talent acquisition programs, and measure outcomes and results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Oversight of at least one major talent attraction program and / or initiative (i.e. internal mobility, referral, interview training, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), Applicant tracing system implementation and or upgrades)
  • Oversight and management of the annual Employee Voice engagement survey and up to 3 pulse surveys annually
  • Collaborate with and mentor talent team to share best practices on talent acquisition and identify opportunities for further training and development
  • Facilitate employee orientation utilizing adult learning principles, acting as liaison between required departments to ensure seamless new employee experience, support continuous improvement of onboarding needs as business priorities and needs adjust
  • Work with Manager, Talent Acquisition to execute the strategy of talent acquisition within DCP
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to review effectiveness of talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives and drive additional opportunities for improvement
  • Work with Hiring Managers to educate, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives and programs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or additional and equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of experience within talent acquisition executing talent strategies and programs, although employees typically have three to seven years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated experience partnering with HR Partners
  • Ability to prioritize workload and perform strategically and tactically in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
SPECIAL DEMANDS
  • This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Noise level is typically low. Frequently in a stationary, sitting position for prolonged periods of time. Regularly moves about inside the office to complete tasks, attend meetings or to access the copy machine or file cabinets. Periodically pulls/pushes doors open to move around the office. Occasionally may lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds.
SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is \$61,600-\$98,500.
