We're now seeking an experienced systems administrator eager to join our team to utilize and expand their technology skills. In this role, the successful individual will help support our enterprise and protect our critical information systems, provide optimal solutions, implement new technology, and assist in fulfilling our IT strategy. Objectives of this Role

  • Maintain User Accounts, Azure AD, and M365 accounts.
  • Manage Our Exchange online and Teams and SharePoint cloud environment.
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that support our competitive business advantage.
  • Enable optimal business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
  • Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that's always up and running.

Responsibilities

  • Support our users in the Florida office and remote locations.
  • Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
  • Monitor cloud systems health using preexisting management tools and respond to issues as they arise.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers (Dell), servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs
  • As a member of the help desk and with other teams work to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Perform routine/scheduled systems audits, including all backups for BCP and compliance.

Position Requirements

  • Proven work experience in IT (Degree or Certifications preferred)
  • Familiarity with AWS / Azure management and Meraki networking and SDWAN
  • Experience with or knowledge of scripting languages and operating systems; enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, virtualization, networking.
  • Experience with imaging, deploying, and maintaining Laptop/Desktops
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration, Cloud Management (AWS/Azure)
  • Experience managing M365 suite of applications.
  • Experience with Sharepoint for file sharing.
  • Experience with ManageEngine tools, Meraki networking, VMware, Hyper-V
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
