System Engineer - Drives If you are a Engineering Manager with Drive System Programming experience, please read on!

The Engineering Manager is responsible for bridging the gaps between customers and our team. managing the solutions to the issues our team responds to need a leader that can discuss the issues with the C-Level AND technical people at our customer's sites. You then need to ensure our service engineers are delivering on what the customer needs and within a reasonable timeline.
What You Will Be Doing -Meet the requirements for all projects (schedule, specs, quality requirements)
-Partner with Control Systems Designers, Project Managers, and Technical Leads for proper completion of these projects
-Develop relationships with our customer's on-site team and C-level.
-Communicate updates to our customers
-Rotating the handling of after hours emergency calls
-Prepare solutions, budgets, bids, and estimates alongside the sales team
