RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst 2.Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Analyst 2 will create and manage the SEA Retail Team part numbers for the entire inventory at third-party vendor warehouse, which is critical for the end-to-end product life cycle, with the use of MS Excel V-Lookup and pivot table functionalities
• Review and process order approvals submitted through consolidator's retail support portal
• The Supply Chain Analyst 2 will schedule shipments Strategic Project assets and partner with company security to clearly communicate the whereabouts, distribution, and recovery of serialized assets, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of experience with a retailer in a supply chain, procurement, or analytics environment
• Advanced skills in Excel, including developing macros and linking spreadsheets
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics system ideal
• Experience organizing and interpreting large amounts of Ad Hoc data
• Experience with item level inventory forecasting and replenishment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Supply Chain Analyst 2 will have experience researching and resolving store inventory issues including inventory receipts, damages, and returns
• Proactive and organized communicator with a facility for building relationships
• Candidate must be comfortable professional enforcing business rules while maintaining rapport
• Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, and innovative individual
• Experience and comfort adapting to change in a fast-paced environment
