The Team Lead/Supervisor - Sales Operations CoE oversees a group of junior to experienced CoE Analysts and support the day-to-day workload within the Order Entry (OE) CoE with focus areas around employee engagement/development, CRM-based application experience and technology advancement transformation. They must understand the unique needs of the BUs and lead their teams in addition to individual deliverables to provide relevant and rapid execution of the team's scope of work. The individual must also support their leader in enabling proper data analytics and reporting of team's work to leader, sales leaders and operations partners. The Team Lead will drive successful execution of team's needs and requirements enabling smooth data integrity and submission of all OE orders, inclusive of payroll and insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of junior to experienced CoE Analysts in the successful execution of all in-scope sales support related activities and sales order submission deliverables to Sales BUs
  • Manages and develops analysts on techniques/skills applicable to delivering on OE CoE's scope of work spanning all BUs, also leads on-boarding of new Analysts
  • Analyzes business needs, sourcing of data, streamlining reporting processes for efficient production as well as accurate/relevant insights reported
  • Balance workload across Analysts to ensure continuity and escalating issues for resolution
  • Performs adhoc sales requests, manages quick turnaround requests items, and identifies workarounds to address gaps in data, process and submission
  • Provide on-going updates on new OE CoE projects/deliverables to Leaders and ensuring timelines adherence
