We are an 18 year old, award winning, Tucson-based GC looking for a top of the line Traveling Superintendent to grow with us! -Ideally healthcare/medical experience but not required!
What You Will Be Doing From contract execution through project closeout, Superintendents provide the critical job-site leadership necessary to bring commercial construction projects to successful completion, as measured by quality, safety, schedule adherence, budget maintenance, and client satisfaction.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years Superintendent experience (with Commercial GC)
- Ground up & TI experience
- Technical subject matter experts regarding construction methodology and management, with a keen understanding of design documents
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven leaders with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
- Effective communicators and relationship builders who collaborate respectfully in a team environment
