Superintendent *Job Title:* Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
*Location:* Dallas, TX
*Salary Range:* $95k - $135k

*Status: * Onsite

*Requirements for this position:*
1.) At least 3 Yrs. Multifamily Construction Exp.
2.) At least 3 Yrs. Superintendent Exp.
3.) Garden style/wrap/podium Exp.
4.) High School Diploma; College Degree is Preferred
What You Will Be Doing Currently, we are looking for a Superintendent that has recent multifamily experience. We are a fast growing family owned construction and real estate development company.

*Status: * Onsite

*Summary:* Responsibilities include safely and efficiently managing subs and other teams onsite. Implement project budget and cost control measures along with staying true to deadlines.
