What You Will Be Doing Our commercial construction company specializes in various types of construction including concrete, concrete tilt-up, industrial, construction, big box warehouse, public works, and pre-engineered steel projects. We are looking for a superintendent to oversee, manage, and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end.

The ideal candidate would have clear communication skills, and great leadership qualities that support our reputation of producing excellent projects.

Compensation will be based on experience.

Superintendent Responsibilities and Duties:
"Communicate with clients and maintain good relations during projects
"Coordinate all construction work
"Follow and update the construction schedule
"Maintain daily job site logs
"Enforce safety requirements
"Quality control
"Solve problems that arise

Superintendent Requirements
"At least 10 years of experience in construction
"At least 5 years of experience as a superintendent
"Organization and time management skills
