Summer Intern Program duration: May 30 - August 4, 2023.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Executes the Incident Management process tasks in adherence with global and local requirements and with the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager.
• Coordinates and manages the Incident Management process activities across departments and ensure meeting SLAs with the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager.
• Escalates risks and issues to the IT Service Delivery Manager with the guidance of the Incident Manager
• Assists the Incident Management in ensuring consistent end-to-end application of the Incident Management process with the guidance of the incident manager and/or IT Service Delivery Manager
• Assist in managing all aspects of project charter development to completion, to include documenting business needs, defining impact on all existing processes, and obtaining appropriate reviews/approvals.
• Ensure all project documentation is conveyed to the relevant stakeholders on time.
• Monitor and track outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

• Assist in the planning and scheduling activities to fulfill identified objectives applying the technical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:

• Current undergraduate rising Junior or rising Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Highly organized
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Experience creating and delivering presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative and inclusive team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

The estimated hourly range for this position is $18/hour USD to $20/hour USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
