Help at Home is hiring a Staffing Supervisor!

We are currently seeking an experienced Staffing Supervisor to coordinate care services with referral sources, clients, and employees to ensure quality service delivery to all of our clients. This coordination occurs through the constant supervision of employees, ensuring a positive customer service experience for our clients, and ongoing communication with referral sources. The Staffing Supervisor will also ensure that all coordination is conducted within contract, state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Work hours for this role are normally Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, but may vary to support business needs. The individual in this role must have 24/7 availability to be On-Call for caseload-related crises.

A typical day for a Staffing Supervisor includes:

  • Coordinating quality service delivery for new and current clients through professional interaction with referral sources.
  • Supervising assigned field staff to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintaining assigned client files, employee files and all related paperwork.
  • Monitoring the scheduling of client satisfaction surveys, client in-home visits, employee evaluations, and employee in-service trainings.
  • Proactively communicating with clients, employees, referral sources, Team Leads and managers about scheduling and any changes
  • Supporting the Branch Manager, as needed, through changes in office responsibility.

In order to be eligible for this role, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Previous experience working with the elderly and/or disabled, or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Availability to be On-Call
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation
