The main focus of this position is to coordinate care services with referral sources, clients, and employees to ensure quality services delivery to all of our clients. This coordination occurs through the constant supervision of employees, assessments with clients, and ongoing communication with referral sources. They will also ensure that all coordination is conducted within contract, state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Work hours for this role are 8:00am - 5:00pm, but may vary to support business needs.

A typical day for a Staffing Supervisor includes:

  • Coordinating quality service delivery for new and current clients through professional interaction with referral sources.
  • Supervising assigned field staff to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintaining assigned client and employee files and all related paperwork.
  • Monitoring scheduling of conduct client satisfaction surveys, client in-home visits, employee evaluations, and employee in-service training.
  • Proactively communicating scheduling and changes with clients, employees, referral sources, team leads, managers, and Branch Managers.
  • Supporting Branch Managers as needed through on-call support and changes in office responsibility.

In order to be eligible for this role, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Previous experience working with the elderly and/or disabled, or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent
  • Availability to be On-Call
