Ledgent is currently partnering with a firm located in South Metro Denver on a search for a Staff Accountant. This position offers a great work environment, excellent work/life balance and strong opportunity for growth! This role is hybrid remote and would require 2-3 days/week in-office.

Staff Accountant duties include:

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
• Reconcile GL accounts including researching outstanding items
• Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Fixed assets management
• Prepare bank reconciliations

The ideal Staff Accountant will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 2 years of GL Accounting experience
• At least intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Accounting/ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
