Description
SAIC is seeking a Special Communications Threats/Topics Analyst for a contract supporting an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. Join our fantastic team supporting an exciting mission that impacts national security. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide detailed technical analyses in support of operations taking place in denied territory.
- Research classified and open source information pertaining to commonly used communications technologies, foreign communications infrastructures, and the counter-intelligence capabilities of foreign actors in order to provide mission planners and decision-makers with a comprehensive overview, bottom-line assessment, and risk-reducing recommendations.
- Collect and collate research from industry, military and government on indigenous communications infrastructure, and foreign intelligence collection capabilities. Analyze intelligence gathered from databases and research tools to develop a robust picture of the operating environment, with the aim of generating multiple viable clandestine communications options.
- Represent the team and the division in IC conferences and other forum.
- Engage with military and IC representatives to determine intelligence needs.
- Work in conjunction with engineers and subject matter experts throughout the IC to produce accurate and timely assessments.
Qualifications
- Must have an active/current TS/SCI security clearance
- Must be willing to take and pass a CI polygraph within 90 days
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research and analysis of all-source intelligence products.
- 9+ years of overal professional experience
- Bachelor's degree is required, however, in lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience can be substituted.
