This position will have lead responsibility for spunlace fiber blend development and implementations that support greater spunlace Wet Wipes product strategies and on-going production needs. Leverage the learnings from the HET knowledge gained internally and externally to optimize the product-based target consumer needs.

This role partners and collaborates across the organization and external partners to develop and deliver solutions that meet or exceed targeted consumer benefits in support of Regional business needs and in compliance with local safety and regulatory standards.

This role will enable Regional / Local business planning by providing timely and meaningful visibility to ECM capabilities and capacity along with working with their R&D teams to manage the pipelines and portfolio options including active and proposed innovation/renovation initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide visibility to central and local teams on ECM's pipeline and portfolio including active and proposed innovation/renovation initiatives, value engineering options.
  • Conduct monthly reporting to drive product portfolio management decisions in coordination with the Global and Regional teams.
  • Lead the basesheet and wet wipes manufacturing process with cross functional team ensuring the product meets global and local regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with GGO to drive consumer focused innovation that drive differentiation and deliver on desired claims.
  • Work collaboratively with Regional & Global Leaders Managers for continuous improvement efforts of product development process and manage the portfolio of products across the region.
  • Drive good manufacturing practices through partnerships to enable the system to deliver a safe consumer preferred product in the market.
  • Monitors emerging innovations in the nonwovens space to potentially incorporate into the innovation pipeline
  • Manages product portfolio driving continuous improvement and value engineering.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Science, or Microbiology field.
  • 5+ years demonstrated ability to develop scenarios to meet business goals within resource constraints.
  • Managing & successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Travel up to 20% of the work time. Travel may also include business travels via aircrafts and motor vehicles to various locations.
