Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Product Analyst
Remote, Contract

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for operational, reporting, and day to day product maintenance as pertaining to Not-Yet Integrated acquisition specific data
• Agile grooming of stories within the developers backlog of work
• Maintain updated roadmap for all development work pertaining to Acquisition level of supported program.
• Support Product Owner with defining/producing business requirements related to data capture and ingestion
• Manage Microsite for additions and updates to current and newly ingested acquisitions
• Manage acquisition obligations (SLA?s, data requirements, formats) are accurately tracked and monitored for successful implementation
• Promote operational efficiencies, automation of manual processes, and develop new opportunities to enhance program outputs
• Working across functional areas both within the product team as well as other areas (Finance, Operations, Reporting, Real Estate) to accomplish goals of the programs.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to multi task at a high level.
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate level of experience with database structures and design, data management and data warehouses (2-3 years preferred)
• Incredible attention to detail
• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Preferred knowledge of multiple HCM's (Peoplesoft, ADP, UKG, Paylocity)
• General SQL understanding and ETL processing
• Preferred experience working in an Agile environment
• Preferred experience with visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI)
