Location: Chantilly, VA
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Sr. PowerApps Developer with an active secret clearance to support a large Army modernization project. The position will require occasional onsite days in Chantilly, with the rest of the time remote. Therefore you must be located in the National Capitol Region. You will work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team - a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives through Agile software development. You will work in close collaboration with team members, other product teams, shared services teams such as cybersecurity, and other stakeholders within Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience building complex Power Apps Canvas applications and Portal using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. As an Agile Scrum team member, you will write tasks and tests related to a specific user story to ensure requirements are met within standards. You will accurately estimate assigned work and report status and barriers at daily Scrum team sessions.

•Technical lead of the Agile team.

•Lead Power Apps developer utilizing "Canvas" design.

•Develop client facing web site and forms utilizing PowerApps Portal.

•Maintain application baseline in multiple environments.

•Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to perform process modelling and develop data validation processes.

•Work with system stakeholders to capture data requirements.

•Ensure application processes stay in sync with business processes.

•Work with the cybersecurity engineer to create System Interface Agreements (SIA) for all data exchanges.

•Assist Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.

•Manage and respond to user tickets.

•Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).

•Work with the Cyber security engineer to remediate security findings.

Required Qualifications:

•Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (interim will be considered).

•College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.

•Minimum of 7-years related technical experience.

•DoD 8570-01 compliant for "IAT Level II" or higher - Current CompTIA "Security+ CE" certification or equivalent.

•Good written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.

•Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter.

•Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

•Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving complex technical challenges.

•Experience and comfort working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment.

•Works well with limited oversight.

•Expert developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) in an Azure environment:

oCanvas tools development environment

oIntegrate Power App into SharePoint site

oAccess and manipulate data from SharePoint lists

oVisualize data from SharePoint lists

oProtect data in SharePoint lists

•Expert in SharePoint Lists:

oCreate/Read/Update/Delete/Backup

oMaintain

oRespond to ad hoc requests

oAccess/Roles/Permissions

•Experience developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI.

•Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate.

•Experience with Azure DevOps; moving apps between tiers.

•Experience with large scale data management and data modeling.
