What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Sr. Order - Execution Fulfillment Specialist who can do more for Mohawk Flooring North America brands.

The Specialist will provide customer support and communication for Company customers, sales professional services, and administration. To provide Planning the forecast demand while managing inventory while increasing sales in the process. Under direct supervision, responsible for booking and releasing customer orders and assuring that all orders are properly shipped. This role impacts various areas through effective coordination of information from different offices. This information will be used by Sales Management in customer account business reviews.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively working customers' needs by utilizing information provided by Product Managers, Planning, and Distribution.
  • Working with Seaming and Repair departments locating rolls to seam to fulfill stocking orders or previously seamed rolls to fulfill linear foot orders based on business needs.
  • Min /Max Process: utilizing rolls that is best for business processes and understanding WIP (production rolls, Jumbos, and standard roll sizes.
  • Proactively working with Sales and assisting Customer Service to fulfill orders and advising production information provided by planning.
  • Managing specific roll solutions for National Account and Specialty Customers such as: Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Empire, Sherwin Williams, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and RC Willey.
  • Process over allocation Report: managing orders over allocated due to system error and re-allocating orders as necessary.
  • Managing Q4 inventory to assign first quality orders and increased sales.
  • Manually pegging and allocating based on ELT business rules. Allocating New production based on pegged production plans and purchase orders.
  • Assessing Global Inventory by offering available inventory outside mill locations based on customer requests. Managing Q4 inventory to assign first quality orders and increased sales.

What you have:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. Some college in business related field or (CCSS) Certified Customer Service Specialist certification preferred.
  • 2 years Customer Service, Material Management, or Inventory Control experience.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: (MS Word, Excel AS400, Inet, & Electronic mail required).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required. Good Voice Quality that is conversational and professional.
  • Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines and processing standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, problem- solving, interpersonal relationship building skills.
