Sr. Mechanical Engineer HVAC *Title:* Sr. Mechanical Engineer HVAC
*Location: Cincinnati*, OH 45202 *(3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE)*
*Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus*

Founded in 1901 we are a 100+ employee architecture & engineering firm based out of Cincinnati that services K-12, commercial interior, amusement parks & banks. We most notably are doing work on Cedar Point & Kings Island amusement parks. In this position you will have the opportunity do perform HVAC building design on a variety of industries including K-12, higher education, multifamily housing, civic & commercial facilities. We are targeting someone with their PE License but if you're in the process of acquiring it we can accommodate that as well. Most of our work is in Ohio with some in Kentucky.

*RELOCATION BUDGET UP TO $7,000*
What You Will Be Doing 1) Work w/ engineering to define sustainable design options for our project teams & clients incl. non-HVAC projects
2) Establishing energy goals for project designs & long-term operation
3) Energy modeling to optimize building design (Carrier HAPS, Trane Trace)
4) System types to include 4-pipe heating & cooling, 2-pipe changeover, geothermal systems, ice storage, variable refrigerant flow, chilled beams, steam, etc.
5) Assist w/ field work on facility assessments & energy audits
What You Need for this Position 1) Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (Masters ideal)
2) PE License (or ability acquire w/i 1 year)
3) 7+ years in HVAC building systems
4) Experience at architecture / engineering firm
5) Revit and/or BIM required
