What You Will Be Doing - Manages business to achieve desired operational performance and financial targets. Performance metrics will be evaluated on the following items:
Department profitability
Staffing levels/Tech Utilization
Department safety record
Legal & quality compliance
Inventory management
SLA achievement
Service ticket/RMA management
- Executes the defined business model to maximize efficiencies while positively impacting employee productivity.
- Manages all staff to deliver contracted services in the most cost-effective manner; completes performance and profitability analysis when required
- Evaluates, improves, and implements changes in the service delivery model in the staging operations as business dynamics and requirements evolve, while maximizing profitability
- Interview, hire (as needed), and manage all assigned Depot Repair Technicians
- Evaluates service delivery and other performance reports for all staff within the department and provide coaching as required to maximize results
- Interfaces with Customer support centers/end users on service problem updates, support issues, and concerns with supported systems; interface with regional Customer IT management when delivering periodic performance reporting, as an escalation point, and in an ad hoc manner; assist in contract negotiation, change order definition
- Manages outside partners and OEMs involved in delivering on department goals; manage return shipments of advanced exchanged items
- Operate effectively in a retail-oriented service company with 24/7support requirements, including holidays
What You Need for this Position At least 5 years of experience with a combination of:

- Operations Management
- Retail IT
- Project Management
