We are looking for an experienced Segment Marketing, Product Marketing Manager or Business Development Manager to be responsible for definition and creation of Go-to-Market strategies into IoT verticals. You will be working with our silicon and ecosystem partners and value chain to influence the adoption of Arm based devices.

The role will require enthusiasm, autonomy, travel overseas and a real passion for innovation.
Accountabilities:

  • Develop & execute Go-To-Market strategies & plans to establish Arm as a leader in IoT segments
  • Build strategies jointly with silicon partners, SW ecosystem and other value chain partners
  • Identify key requirements from value chain partners in terms of business model, IP & Software point-of-view and work with product & software ecosystem teams to ensure they are incorporated into the product strategy
  • Develop & maintain market model for the most relevant IoT partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of IoT market trends
  • Work with a dedicated outbound marketing team, to jointly build a plan and content for outbound activities for products, including webinars, blogs, articles and white paper
  • Attend some of the key events, relevant technology conferences, and tradeshows
What Skills, experience, and qualifications do I need:
  • Master's in engineering or technology. MBA is desirable but not required.
  • 10 or more years of combined experience in engineering, product management, solutions marketing or business development. Ideally 5 years validated experience in customer/ecosystem engagement
  • Proven experience and good knowledge of the semiconductor market
  • Good communicator, personable and able to work and communicate at a detailed or high level
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience working in IoT is strongly helpful
  • Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to execute on the strategic plan developed
  • High level of personal & professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
