Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr Manager/Associate Director Clinical Outsourcing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direction, oversight and expertise to the organization in order to bring operational excellence to the business planning and financial management of clinical trials; and to the identification, selection and management of global external service providers.
Oversees and maintains the relationship with contract research organizations and other third-party service providers.
Manages financial contracting and invoicing process within Clinical Operations and Development functions.
Ensures vendor contracts are created for each clinical program in compliance with policies and procedures.
Guide clinical development teams in the selection of qualified providers that complement Clinical Development's program strategy that includes relying on external providers for efficient and flexible execution of clinical trials.
Monitors and collaborates with Clinical Operations managers to control actual expenditures vs. budget for all major clinical contracts.
Provides support to Clinical Program management ensuring programs/projects activities are completed within budget constraints.
Ensures all contracts with outside parties align with program deliverables as approved by senior management and are consistent with approved budgets and forecasts for each respective program.
Implement effective provider relationship management and governance practices, where appropriate, with external providers.
Apply strategic sourcing methodology to assure attainment of best service and value and assuring vendor performance against agreed upon expectations.
Evaluates and analyzes tools and processes to support outsourcing efforts.
Partner with colleagues in Development to ensure the team is using consistent and efficient business processes and tools for outsourcing and vendor management that are compliant with GCP, SOPs, and corporate financial controls.
Interact with relevant Development Team members, and Functional Leaders to ensure appropriate providers are identified and managed efficiently.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $120-130/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
