Responsibilities: Size of team is 4 with 1 Team Lead.

• Configuring new laptops for employees, imaging, getting correct M365 apps installed, preparing machine. Schedule 20 minute appointment with end user to walk them through their new device and make sure all access is working. Documenting inventory for on and offboarding of devices via spreadsheets.
• Most imaging is already automated, but if network is down then some manual imaging.
• 70% desktop support. 30% help desk support.
• Once contractor is up to speed, will begin closing tickets at the service desk:
• Team resolves 250-300 tickets per week on high volume weeks. Utilizes Jira ticketing system.
• 95% of DCFAS are remote users connected to laptops and secure VPN. DCFAS as 1300 end users.
• Service desk main tickets are network connectivity issues through Net Motion and troubleshooting internal applications. Re/installing Zoom, update Case Welfare Management System.
