The successful candidate works cross-functionally with multiple departments, influences through data and is action-oriented amid an ambiguous environment. This position will require creative thinking and eagerness to embrace the diverse roles and responsibilities offered within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compile financial reporting, understand results, and validate the integrity of the reporting to influence enterprise strategic decision-marking and planning. Utilize data to identify and provide advice to business leadership
  
• Educate functional Vice Presidents and their staff on financial and non-financial data points and the implications of their decisions as these communications will drive business decisions
  
• Make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous situations where data is either unavailable or unclear
  
• Work with functional teams to ensure key data is accurate, automated, timely and relevant
  
• Assist in the development of planning and forecasting; identify key variables that impact financial results
  
• Ability to work in team and cross-functional environments with competing priorities
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics
  
• 5+ years' experience
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  
• Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services, Oracle EPM, JD Edwards and data visualization applications (preferred)
  
• Ability to travel up to 10%
