Job Summary:

Have a positive impact on the company by providing support and preparing executives in the company. Provides office and administrative support for an individual executive, and the HR Team, in their day-to-day activities.

What you will be resoponsible for:

  • Manages HR department executive's schedules including special meetings and prepares agendas, understands and anticipates executive's plans and objectives, reads and interprets activities
  • Supports significant projects that require a high degree of confidentiality and adheres to the highest standards of ethical behavior when carrying out job responsibilities and interfacing with others
  • Develops, proof-reads and formats Board and Executive level power point presentations
  • Ensures executive is on schedule with appropriate materials to be reviewed before all meetings and is well informed and prepared
  • Provides Executive-level support including coordinating all office and administrative duties including answering the telephone, directing calls to others as appropriate, operating high-tech video and web conferencing equipment, making arrangements for visitors, timekeeping, processing and coding invoices, arranging travel, managing records and documentation, and other corporate administrative needs
  • Assists in the planning, preparation and delivery of Leadership programs
  • Prepares, coordinates and manages travel plans and associated expense reports for HR leaders
  • Performs financial tasks including processing invoices, preparing payment requests and preparing reports on general and administrative expenses and/or department goals
  • Exercises initiative, judgment, and knowledge of company policies, practices, and the organization
  • Handles matters for the respective executive in their absence
  • Plans events for the team
  • Acts as a liaison between respective executive and internal and external clients
  • Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 8 years related experience is required
  • Strong power point skills, including strong document creation, editing and proof-reading stills
  • Experience working in a highly confidential environment
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Special Demands:

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Noise level is typically low. Frequently in a stationary, sitting position for prolonged periods of time. Regularly moves about inside the office to complete tasks, attend meetings or to access the copy machine or file

Salary Range

The salary range for this job is \$61,610-\$98,509.
